BIOS brings your surveys, monitoring and evidence into one living record, built to stand up to regulation, investors and time. This policy covers the personal data we collect through our marketing website — for example when you get in touch via a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or simply browse the Site.

This policy does not cover data processed within the BIOS platform itself on behalf of our customers (for example, survey data, monitoring records, or evidence uploaded by users of the product). That processing is governed separately, typically under a data processing agreement with the relevant customer.

Enquiry form submissions are kept for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and are then deleted or anonymised, typically within 3 years.
Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
